Ordering Options
DownUnder KidsTM offers several ways in which you can place your order.
Online
Order via the online shopping cart. Make your selection and proceed to PayPal for credit card payments.
Email
If you wish to order by email. Simply email sales@downunderkids.com.au with full details of what you would like to order. We will contact you via email within 24 hours with an order confirmation.
Fax / Mail
Or orders can be made via fax or mail. Fax / send order including payment method to:

Orders can be made by telephone to DownUnder Kids (Silvana) on 0407 639 113. If busy please leave contact details and we will return your call within 24 hours.
Payment Methods
All products are in Australian dollars. Please note the following payment methods are for Australian purchases. International purchases, payment via credit cards only.
We accept credit card payments via the PayPal payment system.

Postage and Handling
DownUnder KidsTM uses registered mail via Australia Post for postage of orders within Australia. A flat postage and handling rate of $8.50 applies to all orders. Small item orders i.e. hairclips, will be sent for free and regular mail.
Please allow between 4-10 working days for delivery.
Airmail with Australia Post is used for all international orders. Please add $25.00 postage and handling and allow between 7-14 days for delivery. International purchases will be subject to terms and conditions of their respective countries and any international taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All orders will be dispatched following business day, conditional upon cleared funds and stock availability.
Pricing
All prices herewith are quoted in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Exchange/Refund
All purchases are checked and package with care prior to being sent. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately via email or phone to arrange an exchange (subject to assessment and inspection). Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind.
We are happy to exchange or refunds items upon the following conditions;
- All exchange/refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Phone or email contact regarding exchange/ refund done so within 14 days.
- Any exchange/refund is to the original purchaser.
- Items returned for exchange or refund must be in new and original condition as sent. Undamaged original packaging, all labels tags still attached, item must be unused, unworn not soiled or damaged. Items must be received in above conditions before refund is processed.
- Exchange or refund will only be given on the same value of original purchase, proof of purchase must accompany item.
- All refunds will be issued via the same payment method of original purchase.
- Sale items are non refundable.
- Postage/handling are non refundable.
- Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Privacy
All personal information given to DownUnder Kids will remain solely and confidentially in our possession and will not be given or sold to anyone. Any personal information is used solely for processing orders and newsletters. All credit card transactions are made securely though PayPal.

DownUnder KidsTM is a Trademark and may not be used in any manner or connection with any product or service that will likely cause confusion, or that disparages or damage the reputation of DownUnder KidsTM.
