International purchases will be subject to terms and conditions of their respective countries and any international taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
As all products (except the AngelWrap®) are made to order, all purchases will be sent out within 10 working days of cleared funds.
AngelWrap® will be dispatched following business day, conditional upon cleared funds and stock availability.
All care is taken with packaging of our products. DownUnder Kids are not responsible for loss or damage of the purchased product in transit.
Gift Card
Why not accompany your gift with a beautiful handmade . Please see our product page for card options. This is at an additional cost and needs to be added to the .
Cancellations
You may cancel or alter your order at anytime prior to funds processing, by phoning Silvana on 0407 639 113, faxing (+61) 07 3891 3154 or emailing sales@downunderkids.com.au.
Refunds/Returns
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. If the product you buy from DownUnder Kids is faulty, unfit for purpose or does not match the sample or description we will offer you a repair, exchange or refund.
Refunds/Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your product. Please phone us for a refund reference number prior to sending. Original receipt (proof of purchase) must accompany any returns. When you return a product, we ask you to please also return all instruction manuals, packaging and the -postage container undamaged. All approved refunds will be arranged within 10 working days of our receiving the product, packaging and proof of purchase.
Postage/handling are non refundable.
